You are hereby notified that all coverage extended to you under the above described policy or insurance application  are cancelled effective on the cancellation date shown above, unless you have been notified of a more recent cancellation under other provision of the policy.

여기에 수표가 하나 붙어서 같이 왔구요.
이 내용이 저희가 3일에 새로 시작한 보험을 취소하겠다는 의미인 것으로 보이는데 이유를 알 수가 없네요.
