I have a 3bedroom/2 bathroom condo in UTC and I'm renting one of the rooms. The complex is walking distance to Westfield shopping center, few blocks away from UCSD. Condo is just finished remodeling so your room and bathroom are completely new.

Good credit and reference are preferred(bring a recent credit report otherwise $25 for credit check).
First month and security deposit are required. More than 6 months renting preferred.
