Downstair room is also furnished with detached bathroom. The rent includes free wifi, In house use of washer and dryer,

light cooking in the kitchen and dining table. The owner would prefer FEMALE quiet, respectful to others, no smoking,

clean, no drama and pay rent on time. Security deposit that equals one month rent is required.

Utility bill will be splitted. You maybe allowed to park on the driveway and there are plenty of parking on the street.

Walking distance to Garden Elementary School in quiet street.
