한국어 영어 Bilingual되시는 분, Detail oriented, Shipping handling 하실 수 있는 분이었으면 좋겠습니다.

 

**JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Join our team at Hiossen! Established in 2006 as a subsidiary of Osstem Implant – the 4th largest dental implant company in the world, Hiossen produces a wide variety of implants and related materials and equipment. Due to our continued rapid growth and the expansion of the dental device field, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant. Hiossen has an immediate opening in our Carlsbad CA sales branch office for a full time.

 

**Administrative Assistant.

 

-Order items thru computer system.

-Return and exchange items through a computer system.

-Answer the phone in a professional manner and handle the calls according.

-Arrange shipping of marketing materials or items to doctor’s office or other branches.

-Order office supplies like copy machine toner, paper, name card, folders, water. Etc.

-Check-in and out status of equipment and report to branch manager.

– Collect weekly reports from sales reps and report to branch manager.

-Report to branch manager of expense reimbursement for sale reps on a weekly basis.

-Plus related office duties.

-Available on Saturdays on occasion.

 

**Qualification

 

– Must be Green Card holder or US Citizen

– Bilingual in Korean and English Preferred

 

**Hours : 8AM~5PM ($15/Hr)

 

**Location: Carlsbad
