2011 Junior Summer Camps
“Building a swing for a lifetime.”
City Golf Junior Academy provides juniors with the tools to enjoy the game of golf for a lifetime Our commitment to your junior golfer is that they will get better regardless of their starting point.
Camp will run from 9:00am till Noon for the 1/2 day campers and till 3:00pm for the full day campers Monday thru Thursday (see registration forms for camp dates)
On day one of each camp we will hold a thirty minute orientation to go over what can be expected by the parents and campers over the next 4 days. (parents need to attend orientation)

- Three hours of professional instruction daily for 1/2 day campers (12 hours total for camp)
- Two and half hours of simulator time after lunch with an instructor for the full day campers (22 hours total for camp)
- No more than 6 to one student to teacher ratio
- Golf clubs provided if needed
- The following areas will be covered.
- Long game: Driver, fairway woods, long, medium & short irons
- Short game:
Putting, Chipping, Pitching & Green side bunker play - Full swing video analysis daily
- Daily lesson evaluations to take home each night
- Junior golf instructional manual for students to take their own notes and for future reference
- Overview of the rules and etiquette of the game (free rules book)
