Job Description
Position: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Status: Non-Exempt
*This is a temporary position covering an employee on leave. Must be
able to start immediately for an approximately 4 months assignment, or longer
if deemed necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and direct visitors and answer phones,
screen and document incoming calls, and redirect requests.
· Purchase and manage office supplies.
· Perform data entry in the ERP system and generate
and analyze reports.
· Responsible for various operational issues and
support manager as needed.
· Provide administrative support for the Service
Center as needed.
Requirements:
· Bilingual (English and Korean required).
· Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational
skills.
· Proficient in MS Office applications and ability
to quickly learn and adopt new processes.
