of central & south America and southeast of US.

Position Name: Logistics Administrator

 

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Office administration work.

Prepare all necessary documentation such as (Bill of Lading & Shipper’s ….)

Ensure that all documentation is received timely as required by governmental agencies.

Attend to high volume incoming phone calls, extensive follow-up and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Close all booking within the time frame provided by shipping company

Perform related duties as assigned from office management

 

Requirements

Above High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

0-2 years’ experience in customer service or logistics administration or office administration

Computer skills: MS-Office, Google search, email

Excellent communication and problem solving skills, Math skills, phone

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Preferred bilingual (Korean/English)
