근무기간은 2021년 7월12일부터 10월8일입니다. 근무시간은 M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm입니다.
급여는 인터뷰시 협의합니다.

I. Job Duty: General Affairs & Office Administration
* Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Upper Managements
* Manage office environments (office supplies, devices, equipments, & assets), lunch & snacks, etc.)/ Keep the whole office space neat and clean
* Support, administer, and develop general affairs (company insurances, IT, vehicles, business travel, etc.)
* Responsible for the day-to-day organizational tasks
* Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, etc.
* Other responsibilities as assigned by management
