We are a couple looking for a compatible roommate near or around 30 minute distance from UCSD.

We are looking to rent a 2b/2b, townhouse, SFH, or APT with the following amenities: Washer/Dryer.

Move In date: Between July 15th - August 8, 2021

Here are the following things we are looking for from our potential roommate:

1. Clean, well-organized, and easy to get along with.

2. Someone who views the home as a place of peace and quiet. No party people but we do like to enjoy deep meaningful productive conversations.

3. We love to cook! Someone who is ok with the smell of Korean food. We are foodies so we love all kinds of foods. We also enjoy sharing.

4. Someone who will not have lots of guests over all the time.

5. Living room will not be rented out.

6. Someone who is financially stable and reliable. Rent will be split per room. We can pay an extra $100-$200 for larger room. So, if rent is $2600, you will pay $1200-$1300 and us $1400-$1500. Utilities will be divided per person. Example: If electric bill is $60, 60/3= $20 per person. So, you would pay $20 and us $40.

About us.

We are easy to get along with and we always try to be understanding of others. We will not have much guests over if ever. I am a full-time investor/blogger and my fiancé is a recent graduate student from UCSD. We are financially stable and will never have issues with paying bills and rent on time. (Credit Score: 831) We are drama free and prefer who is also. We do not smoke or do drugs. We are light social drinkers. Some hobbies we have are playing overwatch, hiking, cooking, traveling, learning, and planning for our future!
