미국 우체국 배달이 안왔는데 추적해보면 배달 되었다고 뜨는데요..
안녕하세요.
제가 친구 줄 선물을 하나 샀는데..
쇼핑몰에서 DHL로 보내고
DHL에서 미국 우체국으로 전달 되었다고 tracking해보니 나오더군요.
그런데 미국 우체국 tracking해보면 16일 낮에 배송 되었다고 나오는데
전 받은적이 없고 가족들도 받은적이 없어요.
이럴때 우체국에 메일보내는거 말고 알아볼 방법이 없을까요?
우체통에 소포함 열쇠도 들어있지 않았어요.
집앞에 두고갔는데 누가 훔쳐갔을까요?
$140이나 들인건데.. 이거 보상받을수 있는 방법이나..
찾을 방도는 없을련지요?

Whom do I contact if I have not received a specific item?
If you have a tracking number for your item and would like assistance, please contact our Track and Confirm customer service at 1-800-222-1811.
A claim for a lost item must be filed by the mailer. If you believe you have not received a specific item in the mail, contact the mailer of the item to track the item or to file a claim.
If you have not received any mail within a two day period or if you are not receiving mail regularly (i.e. on a specific day of the week) for two or more weeks in a row, please contact our general customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
