Logistics Representative
Job summary
Direct / manage the day to day supply chain operations for serialized wireless product; and manage the product life cycle for products.
Summary of essential job functions
Publish, manage, and communicate our customer’s shipping schedules. Coordinate international shipments in accordance with US Customs laws and regulatory compliance.
Deal directly with Freight carriers to insurance timely delivery of product and review the costs associated with said shipments to ensure the best value to the Company and Customer
Manage SKU and UPC for each product. Create and submit the Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) in a format determined by the carrier.
Develop and coordinate with Manager of Customer Service / RMA technical support on reverse logistics procedures.
Interface with Marketing to insure product packaging meets customer requirements.
Provide recommendations in order to improve performance.
Minimum requirements
Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience
1 years of global logistics experience
1 years of RMA experience
Working knowledge of 3PL vendors
Familiar with ASN, EDF, UEDF
Must have experience with usual computer software
Experience with Agreements and flow charts helpful, but not required
Abilities required
· Bilingual: English/ Korean
· Ability to travel up to 25% during peak periods
