샌디에고 한국선원입니다.
2011년 새 해를 맞아, 샌디에고 한국선원에서 명상교실을 오픈합니다.
스트레스를 많이 받으셨거나, 바쁜 삶에 쫒기시는 분들은 명상을 통해 조용한 삶의 평화를 찾을 수 있습니다.
명상 자세, 명상 법, 명상 수행등 을 무료로 강의 합니다.
영어 통역도 준비되오니, 명상에 관심있는 미국 친구들이 있으시면 소개해 주세요!
명상 교실이 끝난 후에는 간단한 다과도 준비 됩니다.
샌디에고 한인 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다.

Invitation
Meditation and daily life.
I am happy to inform you that there will be a meeting about the Buddihist Meditation of Korean tradition which purely pursues the Buddha's spirit.
For this meeting a well-kown instructor will be invited to teach us with an agenda called
"How does the meditation influence on your life?"
Since this meeting will be bery beneficial for all of us it will be appreciate if you let other people know and invite them.
