* Position: Ground staff

* Business Unit : Pax Operations

* Designation : Customer Services Agent

*Job Duties :

 - To provide excellent customer service handling all levels of Customers.
 - Fulfill customers’ current and advanced requirement
 - Handle complaint and feedbacks from customers

*Requirements :

 - Possess min degree qualification
 - Must have passion in customer service
 - Must be able to Communicate in English
 - Must be able to deal with all levels of Customers

*Benefits:

- Full-time (Regular) position
- Visa: WP (Work Permit)
- Duration: 2 Years (extendable)
- Basic Salary : SGD 1120 + Incentives & OT
- Working hours: 44 Hours / Week, 3 shifts. 
                (06~13: SGD 60/Month, 13~22:SGD12/Day, 22~06: SGD 18/Day)
