Name : DSC Assistant (Direct Service Center)
Position: Repair Production Assistant
Reporting to: Repair Senior Manager
Location: San Diego, CA
Status: Non-exempt
Responsibility:
- Understand technical and service process to support repair area
- Collect data and provide necessary information to analyze repair result
- Collect raw data and make report to present KPI
- Support for manpower management
- Check and report attendance for regular and temporary employees
- Make daily, weekly, monthly report for repair production report
- Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for the support procurement of consumable materials and production materials
- Gather Competitive Information
- Ability to build collaborative relationship both internally and externally
- Assist for safety committee and training for direct employees
- Data entry for repair and parts closing and other activities
- Check material availability and assist for production planning
- Communicate with HQ for KPI result alignment and update newer information
- Assist for NPI
- Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Principle Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:
- Production Support 50%
- Manpower management support 10%
- Report and data management 20%
- Repair parts and consumable materials 10%
- Other Activities 10%
Requirements:
- B.S or B.A Degree required
- Service & Production experience a plus
- Strong Computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP) or other database tools
- Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Independent thinking and strong analytical skills required
- Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule as business dictates
- Demonstrate high-energy, positive and flexible approach in the workplace
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skill
