Position: Operations Assistant
Location: San Diego, CA
Status: Non-exempt

Job Function
This is an assistant position for the Service Operations in North America region. The successful candidate will maintain a daily communication with customers to handle and resolve problems with LG Display’s LCD products.
Responsibility:
- Coordinate all inquiries of RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) and release authorization upon verification
- Manage RMA transactions from authorization to closing
- Negotiate reimbursements with customers
- Manage ASC (Authorized Service Center) RMA for North and South Americas.
- Coordinate the logistics of all LCD Service within the networks of ASC and customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, Words, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Must be detail oriented and have ability to follow up on numerous open cases
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in ERP and WMS is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Korean) is a plus
