Job Description:

Seeking outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable web-based tools for progressive community building.  The web developers are capable of full cycle project leadership including application architecture, design, site layout, UI, database design/programming, and java development. The candidate must have professionalism and customer minded attitude working with the employees and attending business meetings. After hours and weekend job is needed occasionally.

Role & Responsibility:

·        Creation of site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS/JS practices.

·        Server-side component design, detailed technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance.

·        Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams.

·        SQL development and maintenance Linux/Windows server.

·        Interviews users, analyzing their IT needs in order to develop descriptions of moderately complex systems proposals.

·        Provides technical guidance system information and instruction to lower level IT staff, assisting with specific work problems requiring a broader knowledge of subject matter processing.

·        Performs system design tasks of moderate complexity, developing system design documents for use in the coding and testing of system applications in the Tomcat/Java EE environment.

·        Follows approved life-cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and develops business logic utilizing JSP(java server pages), mainframe MySQL access using myBatis/SQL and the Spring Framework.

·        Others: Great oral and written skills, hard-working, fast learning, various system maintenance trouble-shooting, Working with HQ employees, basic Linux/Windows O.S. knowledge

Technical Preferences:

·        Experience with web development within a Content Management System environment.

·        Experience using JAVA/J2EE technologies including JAVA/J2EE, Web Service, Web Call, XML, and Oracle.

·        Extensive experience with HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript including jQuery, and AJAX,  Spring Framework,  Android Framework, and i-Batis

·        Knowledge of and interest in emerging web trends and technologies.

·        Understanding of graphic standards and branding. Experience with Adobe PhotoShop is preferred.

Job Requirement:
