Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant (2 positions)
Location: San Diego, CA
Status: non-exempt
Duties and Responsibility:
FQM (Field Quality Management) Department
· Field Quality Monitoring
· Field Quality Data / Issue Analysis
· Customer Support on Field Quality Issue
· Customer Satisfaction Index Management (Survey, interview, etc)
· Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures
CCC (Customer Care Center)
· Coordinate all inquires of RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization)
· Manage RMA transactions from authorization to closing
· Negotiate reimbursements with customers
· Manage ASC (Authorized Service Center) RMA for North and South Americas
· Coordinate the logistics of all LCD Service within the networks of ASC and customers
Requirements:
· B.S or B.A degree or equivalent experience
· Service & Support experience a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Bilingual (Korean and English) required
· Strong computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Team player, good attitude, energetic
· Must be able to travel internationally without restriction.
