We are looking for an (a) English and math tutor preferably with teaching credentials to teach up to AP level. Candidates with an ability to teach both English and math or other subjects including biology, chemistry, physics, history, and Spanish are preferred as well.
- SAT I&II ( Math / English )
- AP Literature and AP English Language
- AP biology / chemistry / physics / Spanish
- AP History ( European / American)
- College Application / College Essay
- Debate Class
For all our tutoring positions, we have each candidate take a teacher qualification test. It is consisted of 3 Math sections and 3 English sections which covers up to SAT level and it takes total of maximum 3 hours to complete the test. If you want to teach only English/History, then you may take only 3 English sections.(If you want to teach only Math/Science, then you may take only 3 Math sections. (Bring your scientific calculator))
Once you pass the test, we will contact you to set up an interview. If you pass the interview with the director, then you will be scheduled for training days. Finally, you must complete and pass the training to finalize your hiring process.
Rate: $20.00-$35.00 per/hour
