Smartphone SW Test Engineer

(San Diego, CA)

Job Description:

·        Perform various testing on Android OS based smartphones in the quality management team

·        Followthe written test cases to verify all the functionalities of the devices

·        Check if functions are performing as designed

·        Generate a detailed report for R&D to analyze

·  Do basic feature testing, network testing, performance testing, and automation testing

·        Support and collaborate with other teams and managers to find solutions to the issues found

Job Requirement:

·        BS in any engineering or computer related discipline is preferred.

·        Fundamental knowledge of application programming and testing

·        Experience with C, C++ and/or Java programming languages

·   Experience with basic Android OS features and various 3rd party smartphone applications

·        Fundamental knowledge of other application programming and testing is also qualified

·        Computer literacy of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
