Hyundai Translead, a leader in the North American transportation equipment industry, has an excellent opportunity available for a Cost Analyst position in the Finance Division. The major purpose of this position is to analyze the costs in conjunction with the improvement of the operations and efficiency while performing other general accounting duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Preparation of quarterly review and year-end closing reports.

· Prepare various reports for P&L review meeting, AR collection status and other headquarters’ reports.

· Conduct P&L analysis including detailed manufacturing costs, general expenses, labor and overhead costs, etc.

· SAP business data analysis and development.

· Support and prepare in finalizing the yearly business planning report.

· Standard cost analysis by verifying and updating the methods of allocation, depreciation and variable/ fixed ratios, material labor and overhead costs.

· Product cost analysis by validating BOM and raw material costs.

· Develop and improve efficient costing, budgeting, and allocation methods while improving labor analysis tool and reporting process.

· Property and asset profitability analysis

· Performs other duties as assigned by the upper management team


Required:

· Bachelor degree with an accounting major preferred
· Some internships and work experience relate to accounting knowledge.
· Effective communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to travel to our manufacturing plant in Tijuana, MX as needed, as well as work overtime.
· Knowledge and or use of SAP system, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and outlook


Preferred:

· Master degree
· Direct accounting experiences in manufacturing industries
· Bilingual in Korean
