Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Orange, CA
Status: temporary position (less than 6 months)
Duties and Responsibility:
• Create daily and monthly reports for sales
• Daily communication with customers and forwarders
• Manage and maintain supplies, equipments, machines for offices and common areas in good condition
• Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
• Strong computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
