저희는 north building 이에요.

코스타 아파트 north building은 south building 보다 더 깨긋하고 안전도 하고요.

지금 저희 아파트 레이아웃 치고는 가장싼값이에요.

그리고 개인 파킹자리까지있어요. 

학교 셔틀도 가깝고 버스도 아주가까워서 위치는 정말 좋아요. 

조용하고 깨끗한 UCSD 여학생들이 사는 아파트라, 좀 조용하시고 깨끗한 여성분 원해요.

렌트비는 한달에 $380이고요. 유틸리티는 ~$35 정도에요.

we are looking for someone to takeover or sublet a shared room at costa verde apartment. we are located in the north building. we offer private parking spot in the garage as well. we prefer female who is quiet and clean to move in since people living here are all UCSD students. monthly rent is  $380 and utility comes out to be ~$35 every month. 

we are looking for someone to live here for:

1) beginning of april to end of august [spring quarter - summer session 2]

2) beginning of april to end of june [spring quarter]

3) beginning of may to end of august 

4) beginning of may to end of june
