Location : North County or Fashion Valley mall EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE - One to three years of Management level hospitality and/or restaurant work experience or one year in a leadership position with good performance and positive results - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent - Eligible to work in the U.S. - Must agree to background check - Serve Safe Certified preferred COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Must posses excellent guest service skills - Ability to adapt and interact with a diversity group of people - Must be able to perform a variety of physical activity including but not limited to standing for long periods of time, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
