This is an IT Helpdesk position working with LG CNS America, Inc.

Work Location: 10225 Willow Creek Rd, San Diego, CA 92131

Responsibilities:

·        IT Helpdesk agent to take support requests via phone and email

·        Tier 1 support (Hardware / Software troubleshooting)

·        Provides day-to-day customer contact including desk side support

·        OS image deployment and configuration of user PCs in AD domain environment

·        IT equipment lease management for on-site and remote users

·        PC lease exchanges including data migration

·        User training on software / hardware upon request

·        VoIP phone system configuration and support

·        Actively seek resolution to customer problems

·        Interfaces with technical personnel to determine exact nature of problem and implements remedial procedures

·        Documents problems in detail and correction procedures

·        Maintain log of customer inquiries/concerns

·        Follow procedural guidelines to respond to and/or research customer questions

·        Preparing and shipping IT equipment for vendor returns and remote user hardware support

Requirements:

·        Minimum Associate degree or applicable equivalent from an accredited college

·        Experience with Windows XP and 7, Server 2003 and 2008, Office 2007 and 2010, Outlook, and Active Directory

·        Successful candidates will have strong PC and network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity problems quickly

·        Must have strong customer relations skills

·        Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

·        Must be flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends

·       Must Fluent English Skills
