General purpose:           

Local Orange County CPA firm is seeking Full time or Part time Bookkeeper.

Main job tasks and responsibilities

• Data entry – Monthly bank and credit card transaction

• Monthly reconciliations

• Monthly bank and credit card transaction

• Enter payroll data from reports

• Posting journal entries

• Filing & organizing documents

• Other miscellaneous documents upon request

Qualification      

 Communication skills - written and verbal (English & Korean)

 Attention to detail and accuracy

 Flexibility

 Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

 Solid interpersonal/communication skills

 Must be eligible to work in US
