다들 바뻐서 집에 거의 없고 상당히 조용한 편입니다.

Hello,

I'm looking for who want to take over the master room at La Regencia.

You will have your private bathroom and a parking spot (under covered).

The contract will be ended Aug 12th 2015.

It's 4th floor and very quiet place. There are two roommates UCSD students (under and master)

As you can see the pictures, it's very closed to the bus stop and Vons.

So, monthly $860 + util (shared) + Security Deposit: $283.
