■ Position:  Logistics Staff

  • Assisting Operations Team in dispatching, Shipment tracking, invoicing, and etc.

 

■ Job Duties:

  • Reviewing, processing, and aging invoices

  • Update dispatch information in the system

  • Contact and follow up on request and provide feedback to carriers and customers

  • Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation

  • Other clerical works

 

■ Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability

  • Self-motivated, diligent and hardworking

  • Professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in U.S

 

 Form of Employment:  Part-time

  • Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

  • am 7:30 – pm 2:00
