깔끔하고 몸만 들어오시면 됩니다. full furnished된 방입니다.

아파트 안에 24시간 휘트니스, 수영장, 스터디센터랑 카페 무료 이용 가능한 곳입니다.

진공청소기, 책꽂이, 신발장 남겨둘거니깐 이사오시면 그냥 쓰시면 됩니다.

렌트비는 한달에 950불입니다.

샌디에고 주립대에서 걸어서 15분거리에 위치하고 있는곳이구요

Sterling Alvarado 아파트 입니다. (샌디에고 내에 잘 알려져 있습니다.)

이사는 11월 16일부터 들어오셔도 됩니다. 이사를 11월 안으로 오시게되면

11월 렌트비는 내지 않으셔도 됩니다. 그냥 11월은 사시면 됩니다.

개인 리즈라 같은 아파트 unit내에 룸메이트가 렌트비 내고 안내고는 전혀 상관없습니다.

그냥 매달 1일 자신의 렌트비만 내시면 됩니다.

방이 정말 넓구요. 침대는 1구 이지만 2명 살아도 될만큼 널찍합니다.

cabinet많이 구비되어있구요 필요하시면 생활용품 쓰던거 다 드릴게요

청소기, 책장, 요가매트, 신발장 등등등이요.. (정말많아요)

렌트비는 950이구 만약 차 가지고 계시면 55달러 추가로 내셔야하는데 street parking도 가능합니다.

I have to move out of San Diego, so I need a Female Roommate to sublease my SINGLE room at Sterling Alvarado Apartment Complex. Move in date is November 16th (you can live for free for the rest of Nov) or December 1st ( rent due on the 1st day of each month).

- Individual Lease ( No need to worry about other roommate who doesn't pay rent on time)
- Single Room in 2 beds/baths apartment.
- Clean Big bedroom and big bathroom
- Fully Furnished with lots of cabinets
- All utilities included
- Vacuum cleaner, bookshelf, etc... can be given if needed.
- W/D in unit
- Rent: $950/month. Parking in gated and secured garage: $55 extra/month (if needed, there is also street parking)
- Just 10' walk to SDSU
- 24hr Gym, 2 pools, study rooms, business center, gated parking, cafe...

Lease ends: July 2016 (extendable if you want to stay longer)
