I am a professional female looking to rent out a furnished bedroom in my 2bed/1bath condo located in zip 92116. The room is fairly large and simply furnished with necessities: full size futon/bed, desk/chair, side table, and center table. Common living space, bathroom, and kitchen is shared but u will have ur own 3.3cu fridge. The condo is conveniently located in the heart of San Diego and have easy access to HWY 805, 15, and 8. Only a block to the nearest bus stop and cpl blocks to grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs.
Rent is $650/month with a refundable $200 deposit.
Preference will go to students on a short term program (2-6month). I do have awesome experiences renting to students attending the language program in downtown.
