Location: San Diego, CA

Position : Field Test Engineer II

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

·     Execute moderately complex field test plans and trouble analysis. Perform test plans as outline in internal or customer requirements.

·     Utilize testing diagnostic tools for mobile communication devices and have a basic understanding on how to analyze performance issues.

‐     Perform field test investigation and analysis for customer reported issues. 

‐     Interface with customers and R&D engineering staff as required by management.

‐     Required to submit daily / final reports and final analysis of test cases performed. 

Requirements:

• Education : Minimum:  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering. Preferred: Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education / experience
• Experience : 3+ years of experience in related field or equivalent combination of education / experience
• Travel up to 70%. 
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
