Samurai Japanese Restaurant is currently looking for an experienced teppan chef who is passionate, hardworking, quick on his/her feet, and a team player.

Samurai is a family owned and operated Japanese fine dining, sushi bar, and Japanese Steakhouse restaurant in Solana Beach since 1979, tucked in the Vons shopping center right off the 5 Freeway. We've got a full bar along with liquors, cocktails, wines, beers, and sakes.

Requirements:
Experience as a Teppan chef required
Must be good with customers and other employees
Must work in an efficient manner
Quick learner
Good attitude
Reliable
Be able to multitask
Team worker
Reliable means of transportation
