콘보이랑 가까운 곳에 싱글룸 하나가 7월말경부터 빕니다.
정확한 주소는 3550 ruffin road 262 입니다.
아래는 주인이 쓴 글 복사해 놓은 거구요, 아래 내용에 있듯이 방4개인데 하나가 마스터룸이고 제가 사용중입니다. 나머지 3개방 쓰는 사람들이 화장실 하나 공유하는데요 모두 여자라서 여자분 오셔도 별로 불편한 건 없을 듯해요. 참고로 그 여자 두명은 모두 귀가 안 들리구요 백인입니다. (그래서 필요할 땐 글로 써가며 대화합니다)
살아본 입장에서.. 나쁘지 않습니다. 바로 앞에 수영장에서 수영도 원할때 하면 되구요.

One bedroom available with a shared bathroom. The condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you will share the kitchen with 3 other roommates (2 girls and 1 Korean male student, all around 30 years old). It is important to keep the kitchen and living room clean. Must be clean, respectful, and organized. No drugs, no big partiers, no pets, no couples, no smoking inside the condo.
The room is furnished (comes with furniture, bed, dresser, nightstand). The cost of rent is $600 per month. This includes all utilities (water, electric, Wi-fi Internet). The damage/security deposit is $600. This is a month-to-month lease.
I am looking for someone to move in on or near August 1st. Possibly available for move in at the end of July.
