We're hiring a Contact Manager.
Summary & Duties
• Contact potential prospects & Set-up appointments.
• Obtain & update potential prospects information & activity.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and
interests of specific individuals.
• Perform other duties and assigned.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as Bilingual
(English & Korean).
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous call center experience highly preferred
