We provide all products and services that are offered by Simple Mobile, Total Wireless, Net 10, Page Plus, Telcel, and more all under Tracfone.

We are operating our Point Loma location for the time being, but had three locations before COVID-19.

Basic CSR (Customer Service Rep) Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inbound customer calls and walk-in customers
- Build rapport with each customer. Actively listen to customers' requests and inquiries
- Be responsible for each customer you help
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and still making sure to take care of all CSR duties
- Provide helpful tips for customers' devices when asked

Basic Sales Rep Responsibilities:

- Provide educational sales pitch to customers so they are satisfied with their choice
- Try to up-sale plans, devices, and accessories for each transaction
- Know all products and plans so we can provide the best solution to the customer and make profit

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, genuinely organized person
- Effective interpersonal skills
- An energetic and enthusiastic individual
- Good with computers and smartphone devices
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Confident with customer interactions
- Service Oriented
- Fluent in Korean

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in sales
- Knows how to use MS Office, Internet, POS and CRM programs
- Interest in technology and new gadgets
