I am subletting one of the rooms of 2bed/2bath house near UTC

Our house is located right in front of Macy’s in UTC (Literally less than a minute walk to UTC) 

Have a huge bus stop that have 30,41,150,201,202,101 buses 

Spacious kitchen 

Nice patio 

Washer/Dryer are not in the unit, but there is laundry room for the residents only. 

Price: $750/month (Originally $1250)

* Utilities are not included  (avg. ~50-60) 

* Refundable safety deposit: $400

Prices are NEGOTIABLE depending on circumstances.
