WIG USA INC is a wholesale company of high-end wigs, hairpieces, extensions, and men's system.          

We are looking for an experienced accountant. Your daily responsibilities will be overseeing functions such as cash/check receipts, accounts both payable & receivable, as well as vendor and customer accounting information.

· Responsibilities include:

o General Bookkeeping.

o Preparation of monthly financial statements for entities in a variety of industries.

o Maintaining accurate records, data entry, paperwork, and similar related filings.

o Managing of client invoices through QuickBooks accounting system.

o Collect and deposit of checks for company financials.

Experience/Skills:

o Clear understanding of the accounting process - Have at least 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience in public accounting – 차변/대변 정도만 아시면 됩니다

o Possess advanced QuickBooks skills and experience.

o Be detailed oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently, while maintaining confidential records.

o Complete understanding and ability to process payroll – 모르시면 가르쳐 드립니다.

o Excellent customer service – professional phone etiquette, ability to deal professionally with customers.

o Bilingual - English & Korean plus

Job Type: Part-time to Full Time

Location: Convoy, CA

Starting Salary: DOE
