Your Role as an HR Administrator Include (but are not limited to)
o Full cycle recruiting and interviewing assistance. Maintain job posting sources, phone screen, conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers, reference and background checks.
o Coordinate and execute all aspects of bringing onboard a new employee including scheduling orientation, preparing new hire packets, colleting and processing new hire paperwork, interfacing with payroll/benefits.
o Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local employment, pay and workplace laws and regulations. Partner closely with Legal, Payroll to establish alignment and respond to compliance inquiries.
o Provide support in all HR - related disciplines, including, but not limited to, staffing, organizational development, employee relations, talent management, organizational redesign, and performance management and employee development.
We Are Excited About You If You Have
o Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or the related field is required
o Internship or professional experience in Human Resources is preferred
o Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred
o Basic knowledge of COBRA, diversity/EEO, FMLA, and related state and federal regulations is preferred and must have a strong intellectual curiosity to stay informed against complaint with employment laws and HR practice
o Strong employee relations, attention to details, and communication skills across all levels of the organization

Your Role as an Accounting Associate Include (but are not limited to)
o Review store daily closings to ensure all sales made at stores are accurate and properly
o Review purchase reports and vendor statements to proceed payments
o Verify and input expense transactions according to company accounting procedures and make payments in timely manner for smooth store operations

o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
o Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software including QuickBooks
