Full Job Description 

We are looking for an enthusiastic social media marketing assistant to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will help develop and implement marketing strategies focusing on Instagram, TikTok and our official website. As an intern, you will engage in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our social media channels.

What You’ll Do

·       Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (Instagram, TikTok, elago.com)

·       Prepare promotional presentations (to be sent out to influencers, collaborators, and etc)

·       Help organize marketing events on social media and distribute marketing materials through various channels

·       Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems

·       Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and perform market analysis and research on competitions

·       Manage SNS accounts daily basis (replying to comments, DMs, posting feeds, stories and reels)

·       Assist in future press releases

·       Perform other related duties including ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree required

·       Fluency in English

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

·       Strict attention to detail, highly organized and efficient

·       Time management and organization skills.

·       Interact professionally and respectfully with associates at all levels.

·       Team player and works collaboratively across the business for maximum impact

·       Basic computer skills: MS Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheet

Preferred Tools/Skills 

·       Work Experience: Social Media Management: 1 year

·       Work Experience: 1 year in marketing field

·       Full-Time (Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday: Flexible hours (8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm))

·       Starting Salary: Dependent on experience; will be discussed during and after interview
