Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will help develop and implement marketing strategies. As a marketing assistant, you will engage in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help organize marketing events and distribute marketing materials
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and perform market analysis and research on competitions 
- Perform other related duties including ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned by supervisor- - Coordinate with the content team to manage social media accounts

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Korean required
- Strict attention to detail, highly organized and efficient
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- High level of multitasking is required

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Team player and works collaboratively across the business for maximum impact
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Previous marketing work experience is not required

Starting Salary: Discussed Upon Interview
