Room in Otay Ranch $980

We are renting one bedroom in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista. Single occupant only.

We are looking for a good fit for a roommate who is:

 •clean, respectful of our home, mature

 •a non smoker/non recreational drug user

The room is furnished with a twin bed, chair and desk. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is shared but would be mostly your use. Shower would be your use only.

Trash, WiFi, a variety of streaming services, security system, are included in rent. SDGE and water won’t be included. Deposit is $980 and is refundable as long as lease agreement is kept, place is left clean & no damage is made.
