San Diego, Mission Valley 위치한 Trinion America 에서 Administraive 업무를 답당할 직원을 채용합니다.
근무시간은 Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm 입니다.
급여는 인터뷰시 협의합니다.

· Responsibilities
· Company VIP Chauffeur/Driver, personal Assistant for VIP
· Manage scheduling, reservations, and perform research
· VIP Schedule follow up and management
· Ability to anticipate VIPs’ needs
· Accompany travel (when needed)
· Other duties as assigned
· Office general administration work
· Provide administrative support to Human Resources and Upper Managements
· Responsible for the day-to-day organizational tasks
Other responsibilities as assigned
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Korean is a plus (not must)
Self-motivated, diligent, and hardworking
Attention to detail with discretion
Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Must be legally authorized to work in U.S
