AP exams by CB updates
ADVANCED PLACEMENT TESTING IN MAY
College Board decisions:
● Full length AP Exams
● Three possible administrations
○ Administration 1 (May 3-17), all exams are full-length paper and pencil, administered in school.
○ Administration 2 (May 18-28), half of the subjects are full-length paper and pencil, administered in school, and half are full-length digital, administered in school or taken at home.
○ Administration 3 (June 1-11), most subjects are full-length digital, administered in school or taken at home; nine subjects remain full-length paper and pencil, administered in school.
● All AP World Language Courses (Chinese, French, Japanese, & Spanish) and AP Music Theory must be taken in person. There are no virtual options for these five exams.
● All math based courses that use special symbols (Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Physics C: Mechanics, Physics C: E&M, and Statistics) must be held in person for Admin 1 and Admin 2.
