We are offering a private room with shared bathroom

- Monthly: $980 + utilities (usually around $60) 

- Large walk-in closet

- Room availability: October 25

- Safe neighborhood/located on the 2nd floor

- 6 month term and then month to month after 

- No couples/pets 

- No smoking

- Current occupancy: 3
